Refund Policy
Refunds:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it. We will issue a full refund for the item excluding any postage costs.
If the return is due to Drone Plaza making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs where applicable up-to a limit of €15.99 for larger items.
If an item is faulty or damaged beyond your control we will always issue a refund.
We can also arrange collection for faulty items (please note we will reclaim the shipping costs if the item is deemed not to be faulty or user error. If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us, we will inspect and test return and depending on the fault it might have to be returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection.
Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers can not be refunded and an admin charge will be incurred. You should also inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery within 24 hours of receiving them so we can make the appropriate claims with the courier.
Parcels that are delivered and show signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the courier. If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
We can not refund or replace items that have not been used correctly.
Please make sure you have a reasonable expectation of the results when learning to fly a drone or any miniature (air)craft and obtain any insurance.
Use your drone only legally and for legal purposes.
