Terms and Conditions:

Ordering from Drone Plaza is very easy. Simply find the items you want to buy, add them to your basket and then follow the checkout procedure entering your delivery details, then payment is made via our payment portal. An email will be sent when your items have been dispatched. In the event of items being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery times or an alternative. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Cut off time for dispatching same day is 2.30pm.
Orders received from a Friday after 2.30pm to Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Postage / Shipping Rates:

Postage rates are calculated by the weight of the items in your shopping basket and the location they are being posted to.
International orders that are too large (Over 2kg) for Airmail will be sent with alternative courier service and can take between 2-7 working days on average depending on your location.

Selecting the wrong postage for your country or destination to reduce the shipping fees at checkout will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

Payment:

Goods remain the property of Drone Plaza until funds are cleared for the said item or items. We can refuse to deliver the goods until cleared payment is available or in the event of non payment or reverse payment we reserve the right to collect the goods if they have been shipped and claim expenses for the recovery of the goods.

Returns and Warranty:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs.

If the return is due to Drone Plaza making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs where applicable up-to a limit of €15.99 for larger items.

We can also arrange collection for faulty items (please note we will reclaim the shipping costs if the item is deemed not to be faulty or user error. If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us, we will inspect and test return and depending on the fault it might have to be returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection.

Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers can not be refunded and an admin charge will be incurred. You should also inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery within 24 hours of receiving them so we can make the appropriate claims with the courier.

Parcels that are delivered and show signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the courier. If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

We can not refund or replace items that have not been used correctly.

Please make sure you have a reasonable expectation of the results when learning to fly a drone or any miniature (air)craft and obtain any insurance.

Use your drone only legally and for legal purposes.
