Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time:

 

All our products are being shipped directly from our warehouse in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

 

We aim to ship all orders received on the same day Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank holidays.
Certain orders such as custom builds or products that have been pre-ordered will obviously take longer.

Next day Delivery - Same working day shipping for orders received before 2.30pm.
We understand some items are needed urgently and we offer a DPD Next Working day service provided the order is received before 2.30pm Mon - Fri excluding weekends and/or bank holidays.

This is only for orders within the Republic of Ireland / Northern Ireland and UK.

 

For all other destinations please allow 2-7 business days for shipping depending in which country you reside.

 

DPD claims their service is not a guaranteed next working day service but in 99.9% of the cases they do deliver when expected. We have also found DPD to be the most reliable courier service that we have used to date. Also if you provide a mobile number DPD will send you a SMS text with an approximate delivery time.
